Irish handball is a fast-paced ball sport where players hit a small hard ball with their hand against a wall, trying to make it impossible for their opponent to return the shot.
Internationally, it’s sometimes called Gaelic handball to distinguish it from American or European handball. It is fast-paced, fun, and suitable for players of all abilities. Played one-on-one (singles) or two-on-two (doubles) Handball is played on dedicated handball courts, either indoors in fully enclosed courts or outdoors against a single solid wall
